January
1-26-10: Board Elections/Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month
February
- Determine teams/rosters/coaches
- Recruit coaches to fill openings
- Decide on Field Setup Day/Equipment Distribution and Field Assignments, s/b two weekends before the 4th Tuesday of March.
- Decide on scholarship guidelines, information and applications go to H.S.
2-23-10: Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month
March
3-4-10: LYBSA Rep. meeting, Hempfield fire hall
3-6-10: EPYSA Coaches Workshop, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at United Training Center
3-7-10: Board Members attend EPYSA Annual general meeting, 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., lunch to follow meeting.
3-13-10: Field Set-up Day 9 a.m. All coaches and assistant coaches should attend. Practice Field assignments requested. Coaches equipment bags handed out.
3-17-10: 7:00 p.m., Mandatory Select Coaches league meeting; Hempfield
3-17-10: 8:00 p.m., CYSC Lanco League Rep. meeting
3-18-10: Registrar to declare rec. teams to the league by date
3-23-10: Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month, 7:00
3-27-10: CYSC Mandatory Coaches meeting. Reamstown Community Center, 9-10:30 a.m. Referee Training and Coaches Training provided.
3-31-10: U6
- Consider date for individual and team pictures
- Receive scholarship applications from the H.S. coaches – Applicants should be/been a member of CYSC for at least 3-4 years.
- Decide on dates for in-house and online fall registration and execute
April
4-3-10 & 4-4-10: No games Easter weekend
4-11-10: All leagues to begin spring season.
4-27-10 & 4-28-10: Pictures Scheduled
4-27-10: 7:00 p.m., Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month
4-00-10: Cocalico Girls Soccer Booster Club will provide a Youth Training Night taught by H.S. players for all players U8 and above, treat for everyone to follow. Weather permitting,
4-00-10: Youth Night at H.S. Girls Soccer Game, JV 5:30 / Varsity 7:00
- Decide on scholarship recipients
- Possible date for Fall Tryouts
May
5-19-10: *Club President to present the scholarships at the awards banquet, 4th Tuesday of the month
5-25-10: 7:00 p.m., Club Meeting 3rd Tuesday of month
- Fall Season Registration
June
6-5-10 & 6-6-10: LAGS Rec. Festival
6-22-10: 7:00 p.m., Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month
- Decide on number of teams by age for fall season
- Recruit coaches to fill openings

7-27-10: 7:00 p.m., Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month/Mandatory Coaches Meeting (Usually at Reamstown Park Pav.)

August
8-24-10: 7:00 p.m., Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month
- Teams start practice for fall
- Decide on date for U8/U9 and up Uniform Night/Distribute as soon as possible
- Begin planning Cocalico Rec./Columbus Day Tournament
- Begin planning U8 Columbus Day Tournament (U8 not to schedule games this weekend)
- Begin planning Youth Soccer Night at H.S. Boys Soccer Game
- Fall Season starts
September
9-28-10: 7:00 p.m., Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month
- Individual and Team Pictures scheduled
- Youth Soccer Night at H.S. Boys Soccer Game
October
10-26-10: 7:00 p.m., Club Meeting 4th Tuesday of month
- Distribute any tournament patches to coaches if necessary
- No games Columbus Day Weekend
- Individual and Team pictures distributed
- Order medals for U6 end of season
- Order medals for U8 end of season
- Club Rec Tournament Columbus Day Weekend
- U8 Columbus Day Tournament
- End of season U6 medal/snack presentation
- End of season U8 medals distributed
November

- End of season playoffs
- Decide on dates for in-house and online Spring registration and execute
- Determine returning coaches for spring season
